Bucket 3 – Remove ITA, add XLE
We are still on swing trading hold, i.e. not adding new positions, until we get past the Fed today.
We will however make a couple of moves in our bucket 3 investment time horizon portfolio:
Remove ITA (Aerospace & Defense) as the intermediate bullish trend has gone to neutral trend
Add XLE (energy) as more energy stocks are morphing from bearish to neutral and to bullish trend. Additionally, energy has a secular bullish story from a demand perspective (although that is a multi-year/decade story.
